Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Muscat, Oman.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale building projects, including healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. This role involves overseeing projects from both a financial and technical perspective, as well as effective stakeholder management, coordination with local authorities, and resolving design or technical issues during project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex building projects with a focus on both technical and financial aspects.
  • Leading small teams and contributing to business development and operational activities in the Oman office.
  • Preparing proposals and tenders, and participating in client-facing activities.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a strong background in structural or civil engineering, with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Additionally, they should have a proven track record in leading teams and managing complex projects.
