Procurement Lead - EPC Projects

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Lead to lead the procurement of engineering tagged items for mid to large-sized oil, gas, and petrochemical projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the procurement process for engineering tagged items such as line pipes, valves, rotating equipment, static equipment, piping materials, transformers, air/gas insulated switchgears, circuit breakers, UPS, DCS, IPF, FGS telecom, etc.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement processes.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to procurement team members.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an ERP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of techno-commercial aspects of procurement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
