Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management, with a strong focus on cost optimization and budget management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating reliable suppliers of raw materials and equipment, negotiating contracts and pricing, and maintaining strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

In addition, the Procurement Specialist will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with production and logistics teams, and implement Just-in-Time (JIT) or other inventory optimization strategies to minimize holding costs.

The role also involves analyzing market trends and pricing to secure cost-effective procurement deals, tracking procurement expenses, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a chemical manufacturing industry or Oil & Gas sector, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.

A CPSM certification is highly preferred, along with strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
