Programme and Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced programme and portfolio manager to lead the planning function on allocated projects/tenders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in developing and implementing project plans, managing project schedules and budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules and budgets
  • Coordinating with project stakeholders, including clients, team members and vendors
  • Managing project risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions as necessary
  • Providing regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders
  • Leading and managing a team of project planners and coordinators

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in developing and implementing project plans, managing project schedules and budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of project planners and coordinators
  • Experience working with project management tools and software, such as Primavera P6
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering
