Programme & Project Manager (Property & Infrastructure)

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading and managing multiple projects and programmes within the property and infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project & Programme Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects and programmes, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of project managers and stakeholders to achieve project and programme objectives.
  • Commercial Acumen: Develop and manage project and programme budgets, contracts, and financial reports to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize returns.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project and programme delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project and programme scope, schedule, and budget.
