About the Role

The Corporate Performance Manager will play a vital role in contributing to the process of developing and formulating end-to-end activities of our strategy, annual business plans, and related progress reporting. This role requires a high level of analytical expertise and excellent communication skills.


">Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and validating various data & inputs for corporate performance monitoring systems such as balanced scorecard & dashboard to ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for our organization and its entities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to ensure compliance with KPIs in addition to continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining the planning framework, tools, and documentation to ensure alignment between all strategic planning processes across the organization.
  • Providing timely and accurate information to external and internal auditors to ensure high standards of confidentiality.

">Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any relevant field.
  • CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA is preferable.
  • 6 to 8 years of related experience.
