Job Title: Client Support Specialist

Key Deliverables:

  • Timely receipt of sales plans from the sales and marketing teams.
  • Providing customer services support after confirming orders.
  • Responsible for processing sales invoicing and orders correctly and on time.
  • Coordinate with logistics and stores for accurate information exchange.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Relationships:

  • Marketing staff, finance, logistics, and government agencies as applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar field.
