As a leading luxury hospitality company, we are seeking a talented Bartender who can provide exceptional service and contribute to our team's success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment and at least 1 year of experience as a Bartender.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The Bartender will be responsible for following the production sequence of all beverage products and bar service procedures, achieving service and product delivery standards with high client care and service quality, and setting up and operating a bar station/section. They will also provide services such as taking orders and promoting restaurant food and beverage offerings, recommend and prepare wine and creative cocktails for guests, coordinate the service of food and beverages efficiently and accurately, report and follow up on maintenance issues affecting service delivery, respond proactively to guest queries with effective communication, complete opening and closing checklists, perform additional duties as assigned by the Bar Supervisor/Assistant Manager, and carry out daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand guest needs and deliver superior customer service with minimal supervision, attention to detail and ability to organize and handle multiple tasks effectively, and effective verbal communication skills in English.
