Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, showcasing use and handling of the product.
  • Educate clients on brand quality standards and specifications.
  • Offer expert advice on product ranges best suited to customers' needs, answering queries to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Provide comprehensive information on warranties, features, specifications, maintenance, and care of products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and escalating issues as necessary, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain awareness of new product launches, promotional events, and sales opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective sales techniques, up-selling, and cross-selling.
  • Verify that promotions and pricing align with company standards and policies.
  • Compute sale prices and discounts as applicable, maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Process cash, credit, and changes payments, generating invoices and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Operate as a cashier with precision in money handling.
  • Follow established after-sales procedures, ensuring compliance with repair/return policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in store merchandising by optimizing product placement and arrangement.
  • Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and grooming etiquette within the store environment at all times.
Sales Performance Management
  • Collaborate with the reporting manager to set performance goals at the start of the year and ensure their achievement throughout the year.
  • Take ownership of personal growth and development by identifying learning needs in consultation with the manager, agreeing on an individualized plan that goes beyond training and development.
  • Stay updated on professional developments, new techniques, and current industry trends through continuous education and professional growth.
