Job Summary
The role of the Product Executive/Specialist involves promoting products and services to customers, discovering new sales prospects, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong understanding of Cardiac devices and Rhythm Management.

About the Position
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Product Executive/Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services to customers, identifying new sales prospects, and negotiating contracts. They will also be expected to maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure that customer needs are met.

Main Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Conducting market research to identify new potential customers.
  • Analyzing market trends to understand new products in the market and their advantages and disadvantages.
  • Planning and assisting with new product releases and events.
  • Maintaining technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.

Sales Development
The Product Executive/Specialist will establish contact with new customers to inform them of our products, understand their needs, and provide support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations. They will follow up with new customers after the demo session to negotiate contracts and packages. The successful candidate will also ensure all details of the contract are compliant with our rules and regulations. In addition, they will work closely with the Procurement & Logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.

Customer Service
The Product Executive/Specialist will provide exceptional customer service by maintaining relationships with existing customers. They will provide them with support, information, and guidance, perform product demonstrations, gather feedback, and assist customers in answering all product-related questions in a professional and timely manner. The successful candidate will also recommend new products to existing customers as per their needs and provide support, information, and guidance to ensure a great relationship with them.

Operating Theatre
The Product Executive/Specialist will attend surgeries along with doctors and nurses and assist them with any issues they might be facing with equipment. They will also maintain accurate records of all products sold and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
