Job Description:

You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of cooks, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in the kitchen
  • Ensure that all menu items are prepared according to recipe specifications
  • Conduct daily shift briefings to keep colleagues informed of important updates and information
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications:

  • 3 years' experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in training and developing staff
  • Demonstrated expertise in food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to change, and perform with a high level of energy at all times
