We are looking for an exceptional technical training instructor to lead our mechanical systems training program. The selected candidate will design and deliver high-quality training programs, utilize modern educational tools, and provide exceptional support to students.

Job Description:

This position requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, with significant experience in training and development. The successful candidate will create engaging training sessions, effectively communicate complex information, and ensure that all students meet the required standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience as a mechanical maintenance instructor or trainer.
  • Advanced knowledge of modern mechanical maintenance tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional understanding of industry safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft clear, concise presentations and engage diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital teaching resources.
  • Minimum five years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial setting.
  • Thorough knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Prior experience in teaching or instructional roles, preferably within a technical discipline.
  • Capacity to design and deliver comprehensive training programs.
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software applications.
