System Administrator

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of System Administrator at Digital Mall Jobs وظائف المول الرقمي. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable and secure cloud-based systems using tools like AWS, Azure, or GCP. They will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications and services.

• Estimated Salary: 2500 OMR per month
• This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package that includes all necessary equipment and software, as well as sponsorship for expatriates.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud hosting and server management, GitHub Actions, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, or Linode).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from building and deploying cloud-native applications to optimizing and scaling existing systems. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR and PCI DSS.

1. Design and Implement Cloud Infrastructure: Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks like Terraform or CloudFormation to provision and manage cloud resources, including servers, networks, and storage.
2. Develop and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Configure and manage build servers, version control systems, and release management tools to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes.
3. Implement Monitoring Solutions: Set up alerts and notifications for potential issues and incidents, and analyze monitoring data to identify trends, performance bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
4. Leverage Cloud Platforms: Architect, deploy, and manage scalable and reliable systems using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
5. Ensure Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including GDPR and PCI DSS.

• At least 1 year of experience in cloud hosting and server management
• Experience with GitHub Actions
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, or Linode)
• Able to effectively and quickly adopt new technology
• Good communication skills
