As a seasoned Architect, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design and implementation of architectural projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and submittals to guarantee accuracy and adherence to design specifications.

  • Monitor on-site works closely to ensure seamless integration with design, specifications, and regulatory codes.

  • Collaborate effectively with contractors and design consultants to address architectural concerns and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Validate material samples, mock-ups, and finishes to guarantee consistency with design intent and regulatory requirements.

  • Foster coordination among MEP, structural, and landscape disciplines to ensure cohesive project execution.

  • Inspect architectural works at critical stages, identifying areas for improvement and issuing necessary NCRs to maintain project quality.

  • Support the resolution of site conflicts through RFI responses and field adjustments, promoting smooth project progression.

  • Oversee the quality of architectural details in themed structures and facades, ensuring exceptional aesthetic and functional appeal.

  • Evaluate proposed design changes, assessing their impact on project aesthetics and functionality.

  • Contribute to final inspection and handover processes, including snagging, to guarantee project completion meets the highest standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 3+ years in theme or water park projects

  • Extensive knowledge of international building codes and thematic design principles
