Note: This is a full-time onsite position based in Muscat, Oman.

altARQ Private Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Specialist with a focus on Electrical Design to join our international project team in Muscat. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in BIM modeling, specifically in MEP coordination with a specialization in electrical systems. This is an onsite role based in Muscat, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact infrastructure and architectural projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage accurate BIM models for electrical systems in compliance with project standards and LOD specifications
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants to ensure integrated coordination across disciplines
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings and translate them into detailed, clash-free BIM models
  • Generate construction documentation, schedules, and BOQs from BIM models
  • Support project leads in BIM execution planning and compliance with client BIM protocols

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling, with specialization in electrical design
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP), Navisworks, and AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM 360 or other CDEs is a plus
  • Understanding of international BIM standards and LOD requirements
  • Strong technical communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Must be willing to relocate and work onsite in Muscat, Oman
