The role of an Engineering Manager at a luxury resort involves leading engineering teams to design, develop and implement innovative solutions that align with company objectives, quality standards and project timelines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the programming and administration of Building Management Systems (BMS) to support facility operations. This includes planning and coordinating BMS upgrades and hardware/software installations to improve efficiency and energy savings.

Additionally, the Engineering Manager will oversee the scheduling and execution of preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems via BMS management. Ensuring proper maintenance and compliance of BMS systems is also a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced). Strong problem-solving, leadership, team management, creativity, project management and attention to detail skills are essential for this role.
