**Overview:**

We are looking for a highly experienced Microsoft 365 Deployment Expert to join our team. As a Microsoft 365 Deployment Expert, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 services. You will configure and manage security protocols in O365, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), and Azure MFA.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate strong technical expertise in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 services.
  2. Configure and manage security protocols in O365, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), and Azure MFA.
  3. Ensure that O365 environments comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.
  4. Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for O365-related incidents, including security issues, connectivity challenges, and performance optimization.
  5. Deploy and configure O365 services, ensuring integration and security best practices.
  6. Provide advanced support for O365-related issues, including security incidents, connectivity problems, and performance tuning.
  7. Develop and implement security best practices for O365 environments.
  8. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless deployment and management of O365 services.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Solutions.
  3. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Relevant O365 certifications.
