Lead Materials Engineer - Corrosion Integrity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Materials Engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality corrosion integrity services.

Job Description:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers to deliver corrosion integrity activities and generate relevant deliverables on time.
  • Ensure design integrity and deliverables quality for all areas within a project, with special emphasis on interfaces and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement corrosion management frameworks to ensure the integrity of assets.
  • Manage work assignments, workload, and work forecasting for assigned projects.
  • Participate in hazard identification, design reviews, and risk-based inspection activities.
  • Implement and monitor quality management systems according to ISO 9001 standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical, chemical, or materials science).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas design, including concept, front-end engineering design (FEED), detailed design, and operations.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix organization and handle multiple reporting relationships and project responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Software Applications:
  • Conversant with one or more of the following software: ECE-5 corrosion modeling software, GE Meridium APM software, Bentley Asset Performance software, DNV Synergi Plant, SAP.
