Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

 

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our digital transformation initiative.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our organizational vision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering enterprise-level digital solutions, managing change at scale, and fostering a culture of innovation.

 

Digital Strategy & Transformation

  • Develop and Execute Digital Strategy:

    Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions through roadmap planning, architecture design, and agile delivery models.

  • Integrate Emerging Technologies:

    Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, IoT, cloud, analytics, RPA) that create tangible business value.

  • Drive Business Process Modernization:

    Partner with cross-functional teams to digitize core processes, increase automation, and streamline operations.

 

Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and Mentor Digital Team:

    Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary digital team, fostering innovation, ownership, and agility.

  • Champion Digital Upskilling:

    Champion digital upskilling across the organization through training, communication, and internal advocacy.

 

To succeed in this role, you will require:

    Proven experience in developing and executing digital transformation strategies.

  • Leadership and Management Skills:

    Able to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
