About the Role

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the cleaning process to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive and efficient work environment while actively contributing to overall guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Organize daily tasks for housekeeping attendants to ensure efficient service on guest floors.
  • Provide necessary resources and support to housekeeping attendants to facilitate their duties.
  • Evaluate housekeeping attendant performance, providing feedback and reporting any issues as needed.
  • Train room attendants on standards of performance to maintain desired levels and uphold quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and other relevant information.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and train staff to achieve high standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and quality assurance procedures.
