Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects is maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading Quality Teams: Lead a team of QA/QC inspectors to complete project inspection tasks.
  • Developing Quality Plans: Develop, implement, update the project quality plan as applicable.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that activities carried out by EPC contractors are conducted in compliance with their quality plan, procedures, method statement, and company requirements.
  • Monitoring Quality Performance: Monitor project quality performance to ensure all project quality deliverables are accomplished and quality KPIs are achieved.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: University degree in mechanical, chemical, or equivalent engineering discipline; minimum 15 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in oil and petrochemical industry.
  • Certifications and Training: Certified lead auditor to any of the management systems - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001; discipline-specific certifications required (e.g., welding, NDT, coating etc.).
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English language.
