The primary objective of this role is to oversee the operational efficiency of a store during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, encompassing staff management and inventory control.
  • Assist in recruiting personnel, scheduling shifts, and maintaining store facilities.
  • Support effective stock control processes and implement inventory procedures to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Ensure accurate receiving and processing of customer orders.
  • Monitor fulfillment processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Implement actions to prevent store-related losses.
  • Supervise the implementation of hygiene, sanitation, security, and safety standards.
  • Discuss issues and propose solutions with the store supervisor.
  • Conduct daily/weekly meetings to align targets and highlight issues.
