About the Role

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience managing a profitable advertising agency. This includes lead generation, brand building, and online advertising. Additionally, excellent communication skills are necessary for presentations, facilitation, and team management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead agency pitches to prospective clients to increase top-line revenue.
  • Create strategic proposals to promote services.
  • Manage client relationships effectively.
  • Identify marketing opportunities and participate in tenders to attract high-value agency projects.
  • Oversee all communication elements of advertising and marketing, including creative, copy, layouts, and production.
  • Manage service providers, suppliers, and onsite requirements.
  • Run day-to-day operations of a full-service integrated ad agency, supervise team output, and troubleshoot issues.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to lead a team to meet tight deadlines with high-quality work.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
