Fit-out Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead and oversee a prestigious fit-out project. The successful candidate will report directly to the Project Director and be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the fit-out work from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities include setting the strategic direction for the project, establishing project goals and performance indicators, enforcing health and safety regulations, developing detailed project plans, overseeing project execution, coordinating design and engineering activities, allocating project resources, identifying and mitigating risks, implementing quality assurance processes, negotiating contracts, monitoring project finances, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Construction or Engineering, with a minimum 15-20 years' proven work experience in fit-out project management or similar roles. They should possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, strong technical knowledge of fit-out methods, proficiency in project management software, excellent problem-solving abilities, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
