We are seeking a Communication Officer to join our team. As a Communication Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating staff visa scheduling, medical appointments, and liaising with internal and external departments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to gather and manage documentation required for visas and permits processed by the Oman Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staff visa scheduling, medical appointments, and liaise with internal and external departments.
- Gather and manage documentation required for visas and permits processed by the Oman Branch.
- Support staff inquiries regarding visas, passports, and related matters.
- Ensure all visas, medical, and labor permits are current and arrange timely renewals.
- Assist HR with general labor and immigration inquiries.
- Provide office administrative and HR support as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate or relevant college diploma holder.
- Over 5 years of experience, preferably in the same industry.
- Omani nationality (Required).
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (Required).
- Oman Driving License (Required).
- Own vehicle (Required).
