**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage Division, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inter-office and intra-departmental communications
- Complete menus, letters, reports, and other documents for the food and beverage office
- Maintain office filing systems, including alphabetical, chronological, and trace files
- Manage the Director's schedule and appointments
- E nsure overall office organization, presentation, and cleanliness
- Provide accurate completion of menus, transcripts, and meeting minutes
- Handle communication with purveyors, peers, and other business interactions
- Interact with guests, employees, management, and owners courteously and professionally
- Maintain a positive, result-oriented attitude, with a focus on personal and professional improvement
- Handle sensitive matters confidentially and discreetly
- Follow environmental policies, procedures, and good practices relevant to the role
