Job Title:

Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to be employed at our headquarters.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • No less than 8-10 years of experience in project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure team personnel and other stakeholders adhere to their contractual obligations regarding scope, deliverables, and timelines
  • Notify us of any non-compliance by team members or sub-consultants
  • Detect and effectively manage discrepancies, anomalies, conflicts, and non-compliance in project performance
  • Correspond directly with clients and other sub-consultants, unless otherwise instructed
  • Maintain records of all notices, correspondence, reports, and documents throughout the project
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients and us as per their requirements
  • Approve or reject invoices received from sub-consultants and vendors
  • Monitor and ensure timely submission of engineering deliverables required under the contract
  • Review and comment on deliverables, obtaining input or approval as necessary
  • Analyze requests for variations submitted by sub-consultants/contractors and maintain up-to-date records of contractual agreements
  • Recommend claims avoidance/mitigation strategies to resolve disputes
  • Maintain accurate records of disputes that may arise during project execution for our use in case of arbitration

The Project Manager will act as a representative of our organization, authorized to act on our behalf in all matters related to the specific contracted project.
