Sales and Business Development
A Key Account Lead plays a crucial role in creating long-term, trusting relationships with clients. The primary responsibility is to oversee a portfolio of assigned strategic clients, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
This includes building strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. As a Key Account Lead, you will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing clients.

- Manage a dedicated number of top revenue-generating or strategic business clients requiring VIP support.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Prepare reports on key account status and at-risk clients.
- Closely communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
