This role offers the opportunity to support a dynamic sales team in their efforts to grow business partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate seamless task management and efficient use of resources.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients by scheduling appointments, coordinating communications, and delivering high-quality presentation materials.
  • Deal Management: Utilize the CRM system to efficiently manage deals and drive sales growth.
  • Presentation Development: Prepare compelling sales presentations that cater to diverse client needs.
  • Administrative Support: Provide critical administrative support to the sales team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective communication with clients.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven Experience: At least two years of experience in an administrative or sales support capacity, preferably within marketing or sales administration.
  • CRM Competency: Familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable; training on HubSpot will be provided to ensure your proficiency.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and analytical skills to effectively manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to interact confidently with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of sales principles, marketing concepts, and the importance of relationship building.
  • Adaptability: A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and sales strategies.
