Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering accurate information, analyzing data, and preparing reports that provide meaningful insights.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Implementing End-to-End Reporting of Asset Planning & Optimization Performance
  • Gathering, Analyzing, and Reporting Accurate Information
  • Contributing to Monthly Group Reporting
  • Continuous Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Critical Evaluation and Analysis of Information are key skills required for this role, including the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and break down high-level information into detailed insights. Additionally, the selected candidate should abstract from low-level information to gain a general understanding of the overall performance and trends.

Analyze market conditions through; (1) collecting relevant information from databases, news reports, and other sources, and transforming the data into comprehensive reports, charts, graphs, and other documents. (2) Gather information about potential customers, competitors, suppliers, and economic conditions to gain insights into marketing conditions. This may involve conducting research, analyzing market data, monitoring industry trends, and staying informed about current market dynamics.

This position requires experience in working with databases, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and analytical skills. The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively is also essential.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Commercial, Engineering, or related field.

Language Requirements

Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English.

Background and Experience

8+ years of relevant experience.

Experience or familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable.

Familiarity with VBA, SQL, and Power BI to automate tasks, query databases, and generate reports is highly valued.
