Tax Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities- Support tax reporting and compliance under supervision, with a basic understanding of the Internal Revenue Code or applicable statutory authority and its relevance to financial data.
- Assist in preparing computations with oversight from senior personnel.
- Work with tax law and accounting provisions, assist with statutory filings and tax returns, and support Tax Managers during audits and in responding to notices from taxing authorities.
- Focus on compliance or provision activities, provide guidance on indirect taxation issues, and advise on best practices for document preparation and submission to the relevant authorities.
- Perform federal, international, and/or state tax research as required.
Typically requires an undergraduate degree in Accounting or a related field and 1+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and competency. Professional certification is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
