Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the guest experience
  2. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
  3. Support day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure timely service
  4. Maintain high standards in food taste, presentation, and consistency
  5. Assist in managing stock levels and kitchen inventory
  6. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a professional kitchen or food preparation role
  2. Strong understanding of culinary principles and food safety practices
  3. Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
  5. Team-oriented with good communication and time management skills
  6. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
