Mechanical Maintenance Instructor Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching mechanical maintenance techniques and procedures to students or employees.

About the Job

This is a full-time, contract position. The compensation package will be discussed during the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, as well as previous experience as a mechanical maintenance instructor or trainer. They will also have proficiency with modern mechanical maintenance tools and technologies, a strong understanding of industry safety standards and regulations, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on mechanical maintenance techniques and procedures.
  • Assess student knowledge and skills, and provide feedback to students and management.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that all training programs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a mechanical maintenance instructor or trainer.
  • Proficiency with modern mechanical maintenance tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
