Responsibilities and Requirements

The Investor Relations Manager/Senior Manager is accountable for overseeing daily investor engagement activities, preparing essential deliverables, and maintaining effective communication channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Managing quarterly reports, annual reports, sustainability reports, and disclosure statements to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
  2. Coordinating closely with senior management, including the Senior Vice President Finance/CFO and CEO, to build relationships with investors and maintain clear communication.
  3. Supporting senior management by providing actionable market insights, gathering feedback on shareholder sentiment, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Budget planning and forecasting for financial reporting.
  • Development of investor information reports and industry/company analysis.
  • Presentation of market outlook and prediction reports to relevant segments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a master's Degree in finance, accounts, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in a similar role in a publicly listed shipping company.
  • Demonstrated experience in investor relations and reporting within the shipping industry.
