
Sales Enablement Professional

This role involves working closely with sales teams to develop and deliver training programs that improve their performance and productivity. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in sales or sales training roles and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align training with business objectives and ensure that training initiatives are aligned with overall business strategy.
- Design and implement evaluation metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions to improve future training initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales teams to support their professional development and improve their sales performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sales teams to understand their needs and preferences and tailor training programs to meet their specific requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.
- Communicate effectively with sales teams and stakeholders to ensure that they are informed about training initiatives and can participate fully in the training process.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or sales training roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies to develop effective training programs.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills to engage and motivate sales teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and teaching methods to develop engaging and effective training programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with sales teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for training purposes to reach sales teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and environments to stay flexible and responsive.
- Professional certification in sales or coaching preferred to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field.
Experience in Gulf FMCG will be an advantage.
