Salon Ambassador

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Salon Ambassador. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional salon experience.

About the Role:
  • You will warmly welcome clients and ensure their comfort upon arrival.
  • Manage bookings, walk-ins, and appointment confirmations with precision.
  • Promote luxury grooming products with in-depth knowledge.
  • Assist clients with product selection and create a personalized shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail area.
  • Process transactions using the POS system.
  • Coordinate client flow with barbers and therapists.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or retail environments.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic – both spoken and written.
  • Presentation is key: be professional, friendly, and approachable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for grooming, luxury retail, or fashion is highly desirable.
  • Experience with POS systems and customer service tools is an advantage.
