Senior Project Management Role

Our organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our project delivery team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing large and complex projects and possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This will involve developing and implementing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Developing and implementing project plans;
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met;
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying areas for improvement;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting project status.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of delivering large and complex projects. You will also need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Substantial experience in project management;

* Proven track record of delivering large and complex projects;
* MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or local equivalent qualification;
* Appropriate construction skills certification scheme (CSCS) card or local equivalent.
