Senior Project Manager - Leading Edge

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of large and complex projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in property or infrastructure project management will drive commercial and financial acumen, ensuring seamless coordination with diverse teams and stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience in leading parts of projects, developing relationships with senior stakeholders, and providing subject matter knowledge to support the team's success. You will champion a safe, inclusive, and diverse working environment, adhering to local health and safety regulations.

You will be responsible for determining and arranging project resources, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, demonstrating Mace's values of safety first, client focus, integrity, and creating opportunity. Additionally, you will lead on cost management services, including estimating, procurement, and cost planning, owning the quality of deliverables.

This position demands commercial and financial acumen, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with all parties. You will produce design and authorities programs, manage timely and successful delivery, and deliver project objectives in line with the project execution plan. The ideal candidate will possess MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or local equivalent qualifications and construction skills certification.
