Housekeeping Department Manager

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Department Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our housekeeping team.

This role involves coordinating daily housekeeping activities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external guests.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team of housekeeping staff. A background in hospitality or tourism management is beneficial, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure efficient operation of the department
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the property
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external guests
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team of housekeeping staff
