Job Description

The Senior Digitalization Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digitalization strategy aligned with organizational objectives and long-term vision. This role requires a strong background in digital transformation, innovation, and leadership.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Conceptualize elements of digital strategy and digital-enabled business change projects.
  2. Develop approaches to programmatically deliver successful digital innovation engagements.
  3. Manage and deliver end-to-end digital programs and initiatives, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant degree.
  • Relevant experience in Digitalization Projects, Commercial, Market Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement.
  • Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (Over 3 years to 6 years).
  • 10 years' experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives.
