Location: Sohar

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system integrated with our existing ERP (SAP). The candidate will be responsible for the acquisition, deployment, configuration, data migration, training, and post-implementation support of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the ERM system, ensuring alignment with organizational risk management strategies.
  2. Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate the ERM solution with SAP and other existing systems.
  3. Facilitate software acquisition and licensing agreements, ensuring compliance with budget and project requirements.
  4. Configure system functionalities, user access controls, and workflows to align with business risk processes.
  5. Develop and execute data migration plans, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  6. Conduct user training programs and develop manuals for system users and administrators.
  7. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues before going live.
  8. Provide ongoing technical support, monitoring, and optimization of the ERM system post-implementation.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Risk Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in ERM system implementation, preferably integrated with ERP (SAP).
  3. Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance, and governance processes.
  4. Experience in data migration, system configuration, and user training.
  5. Proficiency in project management methodologies and software deployment.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with AI-driven risk management tools.
  2. Certifications in risk management, SAP, or project management (e.g., PMP, CRISC).
  3. Prior experience in Oil & Gas industry ERM systems.
