Job Title: Assistant Retail Store Supervisor

Salary and Job Description:
The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of experience as a Deputy/Assistant Shop Manager in retail, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of the store team, you will assist the Shop Manager with daily store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and reporting major issues during their absence. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a clean, organized stock room and scheduling staff rosters to ensure proper manpower distribution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude. You will be responsible for handling customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction, processing merchandise returns and exchanges per company policies, and upholding the store's image by following SOPs and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly report to the Shop Manager.
  • Ensure smooth operations when the Shop Manager is absent.
  • Maintain a clean, organized stock room.
  • Inform staff about security procedures and actions required in emergencies.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process merchandise returns and exchanges per company policies.
  • Order necessary supplies for the shop.
  • Schedule staff rosters to ensure proper manpower distribution.
  • Uphold the store's image by following SOPs and company policies.
