Human Resources Director Job Opening

Salwa Health Care LLC is expanding its operations in Oman and seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Director to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team of HR professionals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business success; manage and lead a team of HR professionals;
  2. Develop and maintain organizational charts; define and document roles and responsibilities; design competitive remuneration packages;
  3. Drive visa application and processing for expatriate staff; coordinate relocation processes; develop and implement HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management;
  • 7+ years of professional HR experience, ideally from a services-oriented business;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
