Job Title: Construction Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities in the fabrication yard. The successful candidate will be expected to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Offshore Oil & Gas fabrication yard - Modular structures.

  • We are looking for a skilled manager who can coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to meet project goals.
  • A strong understanding of manpower, subcontractors, and resource management is essential.
  • The ability to report progress, issues, and risks to senior management is also required.

Mandatory requirements include:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as construction, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the offshore oil and gas industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary to effectively manage a team.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to travel to sites as required.
