Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PTW Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, ensuring that all work activities are properly planned, executed, and monitored.

The PTW Coordinator will work closely with the project team, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental requirements as defined within the contract.
  • Thorough understanding of local legislative requirements pertaining to HSE matters.
  • Deep knowledge of international standards and treaties related to HSE.
  • Knowledge of the content of management systems, plans, procedures, and programs.
  • Key focal point to deliver, update, and maintain PTW system documentation.
Department Management
  • Administers staffing regarding shifts, rotations, and work schedule for full PTW Coordinator coverage.
  • Supports and advises PCC and construction teams in daily permitting activities management.
  • Serves as point of contact for SIMOPS PTW interface.
Health, Safety and Environment
  • Manages the PTW organization in line with regulatory requirements and contractor guidelines.
  • Provides direct oversight of the HSE team.
  • Updates and maintains PTW procedures.
  • Analyzes work permits and job safety analysis.
  • Reviews daily HSE reports and highlights issues for management correction.
  • Continuously assesses the implementation of PTW by inspecting all site work areas regularly and developing improvement recommendations.
  • Supports and provides information for incident investigations.
  • Leads daily PTW coordination meetings.
  • Participates in other meetings such as HSES weekly management walkthroughs.
  • Promotes and ensures the implementation of HSES standards.
  • Ensures the effective implementation of life-saving rules.
