Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all restaurant reservations and guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.">
  • Record, confirm, modify, and cancel bookings accurately in the reservation system.">
  • Ensure correct guest information is entered (name, contact, preferences, special requests).">
  • Provide clear information on restaurant hours, menus, dress codes, and promotions.">
  • Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.">
  • Follow up on special requests (e.g., birthdays, dietary needs, VIPs) and coordinate with service teams.">
  • Maintain an updated floor plan and table allocation chart.">
  • Coordinate with the hostess and restaurant team to optimize seating and guest flow.">
  • Monitor no-shows and waitlists; adjust seating plans accordingly.">
  • Prepare daily reservation reports and communicate key guest details to service teams.">
  • Assist in generating booking statistics and forecasting peak periods.">
  • Communicate with front desk, concierge, and sales for internal guest arrangements and group bookings.">
