We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill the role of Food Service Attendants. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing friendly and efficient service.

Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the dining area.
  2. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into our system.
  3. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  4. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and effectively.
  5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and at the right temperature.
  6. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and daily specials to enhance the dining experience.
  7. Process payments and handle cash according to company policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas throughout the shift.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a server or similar environment is preferred.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  4. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
  5. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
  6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  7. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues when needed.
