Technical Lead - Digital Channels

Description:

This role requires expertise in mobile banking application implementation, specifically with iOS, Android & HarmonyOS.

The Technical Lead - Digital Channels will be responsible for leading projects and changes in digital channel applications, including the Mobile Banking Engagement Layer (UI/UX or Presentation layer) and the Mobile Banking Digital Spine (Micro-service layer).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects and changes of digital channel applications.
  • Support SIT, UAT, Security Testing, and Performance testing during project phases.
  • Evaluate vendor deliverables, data migration, application/server/infrastructure upgrades, and troubleshoot application issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT with extensive knowledge of digital channels applications in banking.
  • High-level programming skills, system development experience, and knowledge of SDLC and current industry technologies.
  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with iOS development, PL/SQL, Agile methodologies, UI/UX development, Android development, React Native, Jenkins, Flutter, risk and audit compliance, OpenShift, Kubernetes, SQL, SOAP, REST, Waterfall methodologies, database management (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL), application support, Java, J2EE, microservices, TCP/IP, GitLab CI/CD, and mobile banking application implementation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • System Maintenance: Ensure application availability, undertake maintenance, and perform root cause analysis for issues.
  • System Enhancements: Set milestones, coordinate with teams and vendors, review architecture and design, and evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Projects: Support digital transformation and change management initiatives.
