Healthcare Nutrition Specialist

This position is responsible for driving and contributing to brand market share in the assigned area, building productive scientific-based healthcare professional (HCP) relationships, and meeting their healthcare nutrition needs.

The candidate will also carry out various responsibilities including influencing HCP attitudes and behaviors, ensuring all doctors/HCP/KOL receive the right message, information, and clinical studies, and illustrating the benefits of our solutions to the HCPs.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for area management, identifying business opportunities within the respective area, evaluating learnings to develop business initiatives and tactics to realize the real potential, and implementing a weekly call cycle in constant coordination with the direct manager.

The candidate will also be required to maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain all product information and handouts, answer any questions from HCP, follow up customer queries/complaints, review business plans in line with cycle objectives on a quarterly basis, and compile and submit reports on promotional activities in accordance with established formats and schedules.

Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for conducting seminars and detailing nutrition education activities, daily database management, and compliance with administrative procedures and processes, ensuring the accomplishment of qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators assigned for him/her for his/her respective area on daily, monthly, and yearly bases.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role with a pharmaceutical or nutrition company, as well as skills such as consumer orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, rigor, transparency, decision-making, team player, and getting things done.
