Job Title: Healthcare Nutrition Specialist

">About the Role
  • We are seeking a Healthcare Nutrition Specialist to drive and grow our market share in your assigned area.

You will be responsible for building productive, scientific-based relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their healthcare nutrition needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence HCP attitudes and behaviors.
  • Visit HCPs regularly in hospitals, clinics, and private practices to establish strong, science-based relationships and position our Healthcare Nutrition solutions as preferred choices.
  • Ensure all doctors/HCPs/KOLs receive accurate messaging, information, and clinical studies.
  • Illustrate the benefits of our solutions to HCPs.
  • Conduct scientific audio/visual meetings for HCPs.
  • Manage area activities, identify business opportunities, and develop initiatives to realize potential.
  • Implement weekly call cycles in coordination with your manager.
  • Respond to competitive activities and initiate counteractions to protect market position.
  • Maintain high product knowledge to explain all product information and answer queries.
  • Follow up on customer queries and complaints.
  • Review business plans quarterly.
  • Compile and submit reports on promotional activities as per schedule.
  • Ensure all activities comply with WHO and local regulations regarding infant formula products.
  • Conduct seminars and nutrition education activities.
  • Manage daily database and administrative procedures.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) on daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss market situations and activities.
  • Assist in organizing seminars and events.
  • Gather intelligence on HCPs, monitor competitor activities, and report findings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with targeted HCPs and map decision-making networks.
  • Carry out promotional activities and update competitor intelligence.
  • Record and report on call visits and progress.
  • Participate in internal meetings as required.

Qualifications
  • Educated in Medical, Pharmacy, or Dietetics.
  • 0-1 year of experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical or nutrition companies.
